Lifesaver System Overview
The heart of the LIFESAVER bottle is its ultra filtration technology. This is highly effective against all forms of pathogens as well as suspended particles. The filter is based on NSF Protocol 231, updated with recommendations from the US Environmental Protection Agency. It’s effective against bacteria to a minimum of 99.9999% removal (Log 6), viruses to at least 99.99% (Log 4) and cysts to 99.9% (Log 3). A LIFESAVER bottle can create a safe, fresh-tasting drink from even the filthiest water.
